Off-Ice Movement Strength and Conditioning
Building strength, improving your speed, increasing flexibility, and raising your overall fitness level are critical to ensuring optimal performance on the ice.
Knowing how to anticipate where the play is going, being perceptive, and making good decisions under pressure is a critical piece of player development.
An 8-Year Development Program
Build important skills for our athletes to excel, both on and off the ice.
Provide coordinated on and off-ice age-specific training (U10-U18).
Create an individualized development plan for each athlete.
Ensure high levels of communication among management, coaches, players, and parents/guardians.
