10:13am - waiting in the lobby with all of the teams for our team to be called into the banquet hall for todays player awards brunch ... just got the calll, back to you later

11:35am - shut out in all catagories of awards (now there`s motivation for the team) - MVP and Best D to Slater KooKoo (Notre Dame) a very derserving player who almost became a Mississauga Rep - if he continues to develope we`ll be watching this early first round OHL pick in the NHL in a few short years - team going to do a short work out then off to dinner at St. Hubert`s at 3:15 in preparation for this evenings game against Quebec at 7:30pm

1:55pm - Rob Tarantino and Erik Nabata are taking the kids for alight run and work out at 2 - just got back from the Chocolat Favori on Avenue Bègin where they serve the absolute best ice creame cones dipped in thick milk chocolate (puts a dipped dairy queen ice creame to shame)

12;55am - WE WON AND WE`RE GOING FOR A GOLD MEDAL - what a game, what a relief, I feel so good for the players who worked so hard to be here - they`ve represented the Reps, the GTHL and the OHF in fantastic fashion.  In case you missed the game, we started out with the best period of our tournament outshooting Quebec 17 - 4 and taking a 1-0 lead into the second.  At the end of the thrid we were winning 2-1 and all we needed to do was shut them doen but we gave up two powr play golas to go down 3-2 BUT ----we tied it up to send the game into a 10min overtime -- no one scored in the first overtime so it went to a second overtime where whe scored on a tipin from the point - just got back fro a late dinner celebration - don`t forget to watvh TSN 2 for the GOLD MEDAL GAME at 5:00pm
